This is the story of a local, hardworking family man, devoted father, and honorable veteran.
A man in the community came into His Hands Auto with significant wear on his vehicle and a quote from another garage for repairs totaling $1,651.42. While this is a fair price for repairs, it was outside the scope of his budget. His vehicle is his livelihood. It is the sole means of getting not only him to his essential doctor’s appointments, but also to his daughter’s doctor’s appointments - who had recently moved in with her kids after receiving a cancer diagnosis. The pressure to care for his family had just reached its boiling point. What was that number? $1,651.42. How's the pit in your stomach? This is what brought him to His Hands Auto.
His Hands Auto specializes in providing transportation solutions at an affordable price. With the client-specific discounted labor rates, the cost for repair was lessened to $640.26.
The whole team, including the car owner, got to work. Several calls were made, and boy, did the community respond. The very next day, this man was able to safely drive his truck back home and have the peace of mind knowing he could care for his daughter and family.
